Join us in the heart of Rishikesh for a 21-day transformative journey that integrates traditional yogic wisdom with therapeutic practices. This 125-hour immersive training includes Classical Hatha Yoga, Sukshma Vyayam, Yoga Therapy, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Shatkriya, and Vedic Mantra Chanting. You’ll also dive into Yogic Philosophy, body alignment, introspection techniques, and a deeper understanding of energy systems, including the 7 Chakras and 5 Koshas.

Our training is designed for self-discovery, healing, and conscious living—ideal for both new and experienced practitioners. You’ll explore the roots of yogic living, cultivate balance, and reconnect with inner joy and awareness.

  • Sukshma Vyayam (Yogic Warm-up): Joint movements, micro-exercises to activate energy and prepare the body.
