Our philosophy is rooted in ancient teachings called Samkhya, which delve into human experiences and our search for meaning. we recognize three types of pains people face: those we create, those caused by others, and those from nature. Yoga helps us rise above these pains and find peace in any situation. It's a way to discover ourselves and grow, helping us live our best lives.


Our main idea is that our experiences shape us, and we can choose how to make our lives better. By finding balance in our minds, without letting personal likes or dislikes control us, we become happy individuals who naturally spread happiness and kindness to others. We believe we're all connected, like a center point in a big web. By being mindful and united, we improve not only our lives but also the lives of everyone around us. Being strong as humans means letting go of ego and focusing on compassion, teamwork, and seeing everything as part of a bigger system. 


A significant facet of our ethos resides in Tatva Gyan, a haven of yoga where we immerse ourselves in the profound understanding of the five elements – earth, water, fire, air, and space. These elements create our physical body and mind and are the foundation of our personalities. As we delve into these elemental depths, we gain knowledge that imparts not only fulfillment and well-being but also elevates our consciousness. This heightened awareness resonates with a life of exquisite harmony with the world, culminating in a profound unity of existence.


We enable individuals to connect with their body, mind, and breath, guiding them through an experience of profound inner calmness, reaching a state beyond likes, dislikes, and fears. We lead them to a state of pure awareness. While we each inhabit a male or female body, we are more than our physical forms. With yoga, we can experience the pure essence of life.

By imparting the traditions of yoga and emphasizing the importance of sadhana (practice that goes beyond physical exercises), we empower individuals to break free from old patterns and discover the path to living in constant awareness state without any compulsive patterns. Our priority is to help achieve balance, well-being and life in harmony.
